The Black Cauldron Hints
I can't seem to get close to the mountain.
1 of 12: This one is tough.
2 of 12: Basically, it is a maze that you can't see.
3 of 12: Go behind the boulder at the bottom right of the screen.
4 of 12: Go to the right edge of the screen.
5 of 12: Taran will be completely hidden by a rock and directly under a "V" shape formed by the rocks directly north.
6 of 12: Go north until Taran stops.
7 of 12: Then go west until Taran is directly beneath another "V" in the rocks to his north.
8 of 12: Once again, go north until Taran stops.
9 of 12: Now go west until Taran stops again.
10 of 12: Go north until Taran stops, and you should be directly in front of an outcropping of rocks.
11 of 12: Go west, then north, then east so that Taran is now behind the rock.
12 of 12: Now just go onto the large rock where the tree is.
