1 of 4: In some cases, you'll have to click on the runes to get them in your notebook. Other sets are written down automatically.
2 of 4: The way Jim writes these in the notebook makes them hard to count. Count again.
3 of 4: Check this list of Rune Set Locations against what your notebook contains. Yours will not necessarily appear in this exact order, depending upon when you found them.
4 of 4: If you are missing some of the earlier ones, look in your World Map to see if you are able to travel there. You might need to restore an earlier game.
