Black Dahlia Hints

How does the telescope work?

  • 1 of 6: As an example, start with the first "bird-watching" setting:  -.8, -45
  • 2 of 6: Click on the box in front of the telescope to zoom in on it.
  • 3 of 6: The decimal point and the plus and minus signs are important on the settings. If you think you miscopied one of the numbers, check Al's notebook again.
  • 4 of 6: Once you have the numbers set, exit that screen and click on the telescope.
  • 5 of 6: Line up the vertical and horizontal arrows in the viewfinder.  When you get it right, Jim will see a video.
  • 6 of 6: Each of the three settings provide a different video of a pretty "bird".
