Black Dahlia Hints

How do I open Louie's dresser?

  • 1 of 10: It obviously requires a Key.
  • 2 of 10: There's more to this than just turning the key.  It must be turned, pushed, and pulled in a certain way.
  • 3 of 10: Even Louie had trouble remembering the sequence since he drew it on one of the walls.
  • 4 of 10: Did you look the pattern above the dresser?
  • 5 of 10: At first glance, the drawing looks like stages of the moon.  It represents the combination to this lock.
  • 6 of 10: Follow the stages of the moon clockwise, beginning with the top position.
  • 7 of 10: The moon positions represent the direction the key should be turned.  A completely dark circle denotes that the key is pushed in.  A full moon denotes the key is pulled out.  A moon on the left or right denotes that you should turn the key to the left or right.
  • 8 of 10: Push it in; turn it left; pull it out; turn it right ... and so on.
  • 9 of 10: The full solution is in the next hint.
  • 10 of 10: In, Left, Out, Right, Right, In, Left, Out.
