Author's Note
Baldur's Gate 2 is a non-linear game in the sense that you can complete many quests at different times in the game, so I have set up the file so that some hints are given by location, rather than by chapter, such as for the quests in the Umar Hills or Trademeet.
Also, all of the Stronghold quests have their own section. In general, I will only give advice on battles when they are fairly major, or are plot related, not on small encounters you can run into on most maps.
Finally, I STRONGLY advise always keeping your reputation up very high. Even if you are Chaotic Evil, you DON'T want guys randomly attacking you, and high reputation gets you greatly needed discounts at stores.
