What do I do in the main beholder lair?
1 of 11: Well, your main objective here is to find the second part of the rift device.
2 of 11: It is in one of the pools of treasure like the one you probably saw as you were coming in.
3 of 11: There are 3 more of there in here. You'll be fighting a lot of gauths and beholders in here.
4 of 11: One of the pools has a great halberd vs. dragons in it, another has some gems, and the other (in the bottom right corner) has the second piece of the rift device.
5 of 11: It's easiest to get through this part using either a hidden thief, or another invisibled character.
6 of 11: Once you've discovered the second piece and put the pieces together, the Unseen Eye will appear, and it's REALLY nasty.
7 of 11: Fortunately, you have the rift device, so USE IT!
8 of 11: The Unseen Eye will either die or be just about dead. If it doesn't die, quickly finish it off.
9 of 11: Once it's dead, just head on out through the exit to the south.
10 of 11: Don't forget your old promise!
11 of 11: Bring the rift device back to the avatar of Rillifane before you do anything else.
