  • 1 of 6: The first time that you try to go to the docks, you will meet up with some thugs who are trying to kill a man on the ground.
  • 2 of 6: He implores you to fight them.
  • 3 of 6: I advise doing so.
  • 4 of 6: Once you kill them, agree to take him to his friend.
  • 5 of 6: His friend is at the Harpers' hold in the southern part of the docks.
  • 6 of 6: Give the man to his friend to get a whole bunch of XP and to start up the next quest.
