Overall: Viconia is without a doubt the best cleric in the game, although she is evil. She has excellent DEX, but her constitution is the lowest in the game, making her not so great for up-close fighting. For her to be a really great character, you need to augment her with several items, such as the Girdle of Fortitude and the Gauntlets of Ogre Power. If she has both of those on, she's the best character in the game probably. A male character can have a romance with her, although there are some tough consequences in the Underdark.
