If you want to kill the prince...
1 of 4: Simply tell him you're going to kill him, and then do so.
2 of 4: Take his heart and bring it back to the king.
3 of 4: The king will give you access to the treasury. Take everything there, especially the rope.
4 of 4: Then go to the Underdark entrance in the prince's area, and enter the Underdark.
