How can I fix the statues?
1 of 6: Both of the statues seem to be missing something.
2 of 6: Both of the parts can be found in the city.
3 of 6: One (the harp) can be found in a container in the harpist's house.
4 of 6: The other (the horn) can be found in a container in the home to the north of the entrance plaza, the one with the golems in it.
5 of 6: Once you have the items, go back to the statues.
6 of 6: Use both of the statues to open the passage to the (almost) final area.
