How should I deal with the soldiers bullying people at the bar?
1 of 3: You can either pay them off or kill them -- it doesn't really matter which.
2 of 3: It's not a big quest, but you get a bit more experience if you pay them off.
3 of 3: You don't have to pay the full 1000. You can just say 500. I never tried lower.
