What good is Cespenar anyways?
1 of 6: Well, he may seem ridiculous, but he makes the most powerful items in the game.
2 of 6: For a price of course.
3 of 6: He can upgrade many of the powerful magical items in the game, if you have all the appropriate components -- usually the base item, an additional item, and 5,000-15,000 gold.
4 of 6: Some really good items cost more money. (I've gone up to 40,000.)
5 of 6: Be sure to check back with Cespenar every now and then to see if any of your items can be upgraded and to know what items to look for.
6 of 6: A good tip for finding extra ingredients is to never assume an item is worthless -- many seemingly useless items can be used to upgrade other items.
