Where is that "Ming-Tzu's" Pey'j talked about?

  • 1 of 4: You can't reach it at the early stages of the game.
  • 2 of 4: It's at Fountain Plaza (the market place), but Alpha Guards block the way.
  • 3 of 4: You need a city pass to reach it.
  • 4 of 4: Leaving the Akuda bar go straight ahead to the middle level and then turn right twice. When you reach the market place, turn left go past the guard and you'll see an entrance to your left with a neon sign above it. That's the entrance to Ming-Tzu's.
