How can I disable that arc?
1 of 3: There is a distributor box on the lower floor.
2 of 3: If you kick it yourself, you won't be fast enough to get past the arc before the electricity comes back.
3 of 3: Climb up and hang on the ledge right under the arc, then press E so that Double H turns off the current.
