Head to Medical!
1 of 5: When you're done looting the transit hub area, go through the now-open doorway that's in the west wall.
2 of 5: Move along until you enter a room where the doors all close and the lights go out. It's a trap!
3 of 5: After Andrew Ryan rants at you a bit from a video screen, several splicers will show up outside and start pounding on the windows.
4 of 5: Thankfully, Atlas will open up the bulkhead door that's at the top of some steps soon after.
5 of 5: Go through it, then use the Use key on the next bulkhead door to travel to the Medical Pavilion.
