Bioshock Hints
Look: Find Big Daddy Boots in the library.
1 of 9: The library isn't labeled on your area map unless you've already been there. If you haven't found it yet, look around in areas you've not explored.
2 of 9: After you exit Failsafe Armored Escorts, go past the rubble to the upper-level atrium walkway, then turn left.
3 of 9: Check the floor for the words "Mendel Memorial Library."
4 of 9: Go through the door past that and look for another door on your left.
5 of 9: Approach that door cautiously, since there are some security devices and splicers inside the library.
6 of 9: Look around in the library's large back room for the big daddy boots.
7 of 9: You'll find them setting on one of the desks in the room's central "square."
8 of 9: WARNING: Watch for another spider splicer to enter the library as you head toward the exit. Let your hacked turret blast him for you.
9 of 9: TIPS: Before you leave, search every bookshelf in the library carefully -- lots of them have ammo on them. Also, get the Damage Research 2 combat tonic from a desk near where you got the boots.
