What determines which ending I get?
1 of 4: The little sisters.
2 of 4: In particular, whether or not you harvested any of them.
3 of 4: If you harvested even one, you'll get the "you're so cruel" ending that assumes your character uses his new-found power to take over Rapture and unleash splicers upon an unsuspecting world.
4 of 4: The ending where you rescue every single one of the little sisters is suitably "good," with your character refusing to stay and rule Rapture, and eventually dying a happy old man with a large family.
