My Recommendation on Little Sisters
1 of 3: I recommend harvesting this one so you can get more ADAM right away.
2 of 3: However, I then recommend that you rescue the next three you come across later so you can get the useful Hypnotize Big Daddy plasmid early in the game.
3 of 3: Then it's up to you, though I'd advise you to harvest all the rest.
