Clear the debris with enemy grenades.
1 of 3: Now that you have a cool new Telekinesis plasmid, try it out while on your way back to Steinman's surgery foyer.
2 of 3: Have Telekinesis ready when you go back into the surgery foyer, since the nitro splicer you saw bombing another splicer earlier will be back on his same balcony, tossing nitro bombs at you now.
3 of 3: To clear the debris and finish this goal, grab one of his nitro bombs with Telekinesis and throw it at the debris blocking the surgery door.
