Lower Floor Supply Tips
1 of 16: To start with, there's an area that you can't reach from the bottom of the stairs.
2 of 16: Go up to the top of the stairs and over to the Gene Bank machine.
3 of 16: While facing the Gene Bank machine, turn to the right to find a large opening that you can jump through.
4 of 16: As soon as you land in the water below, run for the north wall. There's a security camera nearby.
5 of 16: While it's turned away from you, run up to it and destroy it with the wrench.
6 of 16: Near it is a small platform with a lootable corpse, a machine gun, some pistol rounds, and a deactivated security bot that you can search and hack.
7 of 16: When you're done there, find either of the two large openings that you can use to drop down to the watery area that's at the bottom of the stairs.
8 of 16: If you carefully drop down from one of those openings onto a ledge that's halfway down, you'll find some ammo. (Buck on one ledge, pistol rounds on another.)
9 of 16: Go partway up the stairs to where there's a vending machine, and look to the right of it for some electric buck.
10 of 16: Then get down into the water, crouch down, and go under the stairs' lowest platform to find a searchable crate and some ammo on a wooden pallet.
11 of 16: Also, look behind the nearby waterfall for some machine gun ammo.
12 of 16: Move on down the waterlogged passageway until you come to a door that's locked with a combo-lock keypad.
13 of 16: You can hack it, or you can wait until you learn the comination, then come back and use it.
14 of 16: Right after you open the door, go back the way you came and kill the splicer who's appeared nearby.
15 of 16: Past the door, be sure to search the hanging corpse to find some exploding buck for the shotgun.
16 of 16: Also, go behind the corpse and jump onto the pipe to the right of the fencing to reach a "back room" with some spare ammo, a creme-filled cake, and some whiskey in the water.
