1 of 4: Now would be a good time to go back and kill all three of this region's big daddies and harvest or rescue their little sisters if you haven't already.
2 of 4: Also, if you left the big daddy and little sister in the Medical Pavilion area, go back and get them now, too.
3 of 4: That way, you'll have a bunch of ADAM saved up that you can spend at the Gatherer's Garden machine near Fontaine Fisheries.
4 of 4: And don't forget to get all the research photos you can of the big daddies as you fight them. Also, snap some photos of the spare big daddies that don't have little sisters with them, whether you intend to fight them or not.
