Supply Tips
1 of 4: Take the passage near the stairs that leads to the area under them, then melt the ice with Incinerate to find a pistol and a machine gun.
2 of 4: Incinerate the ice that's freezing the eastern "Ice Princess" door shut, then kill the two splicers that are in the room beyond.
3 of 4: With the nitro splicer, you can use the pistol to carefully shoot him through a narrow gap between the shelves and the wall corner that he's next to.
4 of 4: There are some supplies in the back of that room, including a safe you can hack to get an automatic hack tool, some antipersonnel pistol rounds, and some electric buck.
