1 of 3: There's a canister of liquid nitro above the small "Rapture Metro" sign that's to the left of the metro door.
2 of 3: Jump onto the large rock next to the sign in order to reach the nitro.
3 of 3: To the right of the door, find some rocks you can use to jump up to where there's a searchable crate and an EVE hypo.
