Bioshock Hints

Auditorium Supply Tips

  • 1 of 13: From the stage, head along one of the curving lower-floor hallways that lead to the area past the glass door you couldn't get through before.
  • 2 of 13: There are two turrets right next to each other in the NE corner of the area. They could come in handy later, so quickly zap both of them and then hack them.
  • 3 of 13: Near those turrets is a side area with a few items and a safe to hack.
  • 4 of 13: Beware the vending machine that's nearby. It sells film at the normal price, but it charges an *insane* amount of money for its snack items. Only use this machine if you need to buy film.
  • 5 of 13: There are a few snack items lying around in the auditorium, but the good stuff is up in the balcony seating areas.
  • 6 of 13: Return to the glass door that leads to the elevator, then look near it for the two balcony hallways.
  • 7 of 13: Checking the four balcony areas down the north hallway will get you an EVE hypo, some pistol ammo, and a bunch of free snacks. (In your *face*, you crazy vending machine!)
  • 8 of 13: There isn't much in the balcony areas down the south hallway, but do look around at the hallway's other end to find a storage crate and some machine gun ammo. (Also note that both hallways have health stations on the walls that you should hack.)
  • 9 of 13: The final balcony area down the south hall has a shotgun loaded with electric buck and an Alarm Expert engineering tonic, but you can't enter the balcony through its door.
  • 10 of 13: So jump to it from the next balcony over.
  • 11 of 13: Get onto the nearest balcony's railing, then jump over to the railing where you see the yellow tonic bottle.
  • 12 of 13: Either before or after this point, you'll need to deal with a houdini splicer or three who show up and "haunt" the auditorium. (Phantoms of the opera, they're not!)
  • 13 of 13: Try jumping off the balcony you're on after getting the shotgun and tonic, then running for your hacked turrets. They should help blast those horrid houdinis. (Either that, or the houdinis won't follow you out of the auditorium, and you can just leave them behind.)
