1 of 5: One thing you can do is kill Sander Cohen now that he's out in the open.
2 of 5: However, it would be better to leave him alive for now, since doing so can get you some extra stuff in the Olympus Heights region, including access to one of the game's few weapon upgrade machines.
3 of 5: For the other thing you can do now, return to the Fleet Hall area.
4 of 5: Go up the stairs near the security camera that lead up to where Cohen had previously locked himself into the projection booth.
5 of 5: That room is now open, allowing you to enter and grab the Electric Flesh combat tonic, some film, and some other items.
