Street Tips
1 of 4: Crouch-walk out to where you can hit a splicer with Enrage, then quickly take cover back near the gate you opened. After the fight is over, sneak out and shoot down the survivor.
2 of 4: Or just snipe both of them with the crossbow -- that'll work really well, too.
3 of 4: Look along the west side of the street for a loose frag grenade, then go down to the south end to find two steamer trunks to raid.
