Culpepper's Apartment Tips
of 10: The door to this apartment is in the north wall of the ground floor.
of 10: When you move into the apartment's second room, beware of a splicer who'll appear outside and come in after you.
of 10: There's a security camera on the wall in the hallway that's past the NW corner of the second room, so sneak up to it and hack it when you can.
of 10: Get the attention of the nitro splicer who's at the top of the stairs to the south, then run back around the corner and wait for her to be seen by the security camera.
of 10: Or just freeze her with the chemical thrower and then blow her to bits with the shotgun or crossbow.
of 10: Search the kitchen area to the north to find some liquid nitro next to a fridge, plus a few items on counters and in cupboards near a health station.
of 10: Go up the stairs to the upper-floor rooms, and look for some money on a couch and a steamer trunk to search for components.
of 10: In the flooded rooms, try to sneak up on the splicer near the bathtub so you can kill him easily with Electro Bolt. (Remember that you may have to wait for it to become available.)
of 10: Search the body in the tub to find a good chunk of change.
of 10: Near the bed in the first flooded room is a couch with a first aid kit and an EVE hypo on it.
