Square Combat Tips
of 8: In the square are two nitro splicers and a turret.
of 8: The first nitro splicer is heckling a corpse on the little gallows thing, so snipe her in the head with a crossbow bolt.
of 8: Enter the square and crouch-walk to the right (west) to find a side area with some useful machines in it, then sneak slowly along to the square's SW corner.
of 8: You should be able to see and snipe the second nitro splicer from there if you didn't see him on the way. Otherwise, sneak along until you find him, but watch out for the turret.
of 8: It's just south of the square, at the beginning of the street that leads south. You don't need to go that way now, but you do need to take care of the turret.
of 8: You'll want to wait around the corner from it until you get the Electro Bolt or Winter Blast plasmid, then zap and hack it.
of 8: Or if you're the impatient type, use the chemical thrower's liquid nitro to freeze the turret instead of waiting for the right plasmid to come along.
of 8: Check around the square to see if there are any more splicers. If there are, either snipe them or lead them to your turret.
