Splicer and Camera Tips
1 of 4: Even though there's two splicers, Enrage is unlikely to help much, so sneak in with the chemical thrower ready so you can freeze and shatter them.
2 of 4: Or use Security Bullseye on them to see if you can get them shot up by security bots.
3 of 4: Don't go too far into the room while dealing with them, since you don't want the security camera that's near the back right corner to see you.
4 of 4: After you finish off the two splicers, move carefully over to where you can shoot out the camera.
