Optimized Eugenics Optionals Tips

  • 1 of 16: In the control room where you used the voicebox machine, look to the left of the machine to find an Alarm Expert 2 engineering tonic on top of a file cabinet.
  • 2 of 16: Look on the desks along the control room's west side to find some items, including buck ammo and film.
  • 3 of 16: Go back out to the hallways and hack the health station that's along the north hallway, then find the "Plasmid Protoyping" door that's just to the right of it.
  • 4 of 16: When you go through, be ready to turn right and zap-and-hack the RPG turret that's nearby.
  • 5 of 16: Kill the splicer if the turret doesn't do it for you, then search the few containers in the room. (Sorry, no free plasmids.)
  • 6 of 16: Go through the "Eugenic Analysis" door next, ready to zap and hack two RPG turrets that are a bit to the left.
  • 7 of 16: Let them blow away the room's splicer while you check the desk between them for ammo.
  • 8 of 16: Check out the back of the room to find a safe and a "Power to the People" weapon upgrade machine.
  • 9 of 16: Enter the "Test Subject Storage" area through either of its doors, ready to kill off the splicers inside with napalm, Enrage, etc.
  • 10 of 16: In the north half of this area, look for an EVE hypo on the floor, another one on the circular ledge around one of the big yellow containers, and a first aid kit on the floor near another big yellow container.
  • 11 of 16: There are some pistol rounds on the floor near the SW corner, and some incindiary crossbow ammo on the floor near the east wall.
  • 12 of 16: In the south half of the area, look for frag grenades on a machine next to the exit door, money on the floor behind a trash can in the SE corner, and some machine gun ammo on one of the big yellow containers' ledges.
  • 13 of 16: Now all that's left is the central area, which can only be accessed through the "Backup Generator" door along its north side.
  • 14 of 16: As you go through the door, there's a security camera directly ahead, so quickly shoot it out before it can sound an alarm.
  • 15 of 16: Then run into the zappy water and around to where you can hack a safe and grab some ammo from the top of it.
  • 16 of 16: If you have the Electric Flesh 2 combat tonic, that'll prevent the zappy water from hurting you at all.
