Bioshock Hints

SPOILER: Special Preparation Tips

  • 1 of 9: After Peach finally lets you into the fishery, the door at the east end of the outer fishery area will be closed and locked until after a tough combat is over.
  • 2 of 9: You're going to fight Peach and several splicers soon, and you'll have to give up all the weapons and ammo you're carrying (except the wrench and camera) before you do it.
  • 3 of 9: Peach insists on that so you won't have hardly any weapons to fight him with, but you can get around the problem fairly easily if you act now.
  • 4 of 9: NOTE: There is a really good strategy for fighting Peach without weapons, so you don't *have* to do this preparation thing -- it's just a cool way to get around the no-weapon rule.
  • 5 of 9: Before you knock on Peach's door to finish this goal, stockpile spare weapons and ammo in the outer fishery area.
  • 6 of 9: Use Telekinesis to pick up a loose weapon, bit of ammo, or container with ammo in it and carry it all the way to the outer fishery, where you can drop it for later access.
  • 7 of 9: If you've already grabbed up all the weapons around while supply hunting, you can patrol the lower wharf area to get new pistols from the splicers who periodically spawn there.
  • 8 of 9: When fighting them, don't skimp on the ammo, especially the special types of ammo -- you'll lose all the special ammo for good when you surrender your weapons to Peach.
  • 9 of 9: Stockpile as much as you can before banging on Peach's door and getting locked into the fishery area.
