Weapon Upgrade Machine List
This is a list of all the locations of the "Power to the People" machines that will each upgrade one weapon one time. Be sure to use them all as soon as you can, especially since there's just enough machines to get every upgrade.
* Neptune's Bounty, the freezer bottom floor area (near the tunnel to the smuggler's hideout)
* Arcadia, the Tree Farm area (near the bulkhead door to the farmer's market)
* Farmer's Market, on the bottom floor of the wine cellar of the Worley Winery
* Fort Frolic, on the lower floor of the Le Marquis D'Epoque store in the southern mall area
* Fort Frolic, in the cellar of Sinclair Spirits, which is on the lower floor of Poseidon Plaza
* Hephaestus, in the circular core area
