1 of 5: You can finish this goal at any U-Invent machine.
2 of 5: In the wine cellar, you can find a U-Invent machine past the stairs that are between the security camera and the weapon upgrade machine.
3 of 5: Use the U-Invent machine, then click on the "Lazarus Vector x1" item to make it.
4 of 5: TIP: Hack the U-Invent machine first so that you'll use one fewer of each component.
5 of 5: After you leave the machine, you'll get the "Return to Arcadia" goal.
