Houdini Note
1 of 2: The nearest (western-most) two splicers are houdini splicers, and they'll disappear forever if you don't kill them right after defrosting them.
2 of 2: The best way to do this is to be standing right next to them when you hit them with Incinerate, then quickly switch to the wrench and whack them twice. (This is assuming you have some wrench-strengthening tonics active.)
