How can I get the Focused Hacker tonic? It's frozen in ice!
1 of 5: You'll have to melt the ice.
2 of 5: Do you remember how you melted some ice back in the Medical Pavilion?
3 of 5: You used the Incinerate plasmid to do it.
4 of 5: Use the nearby Gene Bank machine if you need to make Incinerate accessible, then get it out and blast that ice.
5 of 5: After it melts, you can take your cool new tonic and an EVE hypo.
