Bioshock Hints
Redirect the magma flow.
1 of 7: Look next to the monitor between the turrets to find some supplies and the magma release valve wheel that you need to turn. (Also look in the SW corner for a health station and a machine with some liquid nitro on it.)
2 of 7: You don't just hit the Use key on the magma wheel once -- you have to hold it down to slowly turn the wheel.
3 of 7: While you're doing this, houdini splicers and/or spider splicers will be running in through the room's two doors.
4 of 7: Your hacked turrets will help, but they won't be enough. Whenever splicers run in, abandon the wheel and help kill them with your chemical thrower or whatever.
5 of 7: If you think ahead, you could lay down a few trap bolts and/or prox mines to trip up the splicers before you start turning the wheel.
6 of 7: Turn the wheel some more after each wave of splicers is dead to get the next one to appear. Thankfully, each wave is very small.
7 of 7: When you finally turn the wheel far enough, hot magma will pour down and the splicers will stop coming.
