Market Security and Combat Tips
1 of 12: When you first enter the market area, you'll see a houdini splicer ahead of you who's fighting an RPG turret that's off to the right.
2 of 12: You can just stand back and let the turret kill the houdini for you, but it may get badly damaged in the process.
3 of 12: You're better off freezing the houdini as soon as you see him so that the turret can easily blow him up. (Or if the turret isn't firing at him yet, shoot him to pieces yourself.)
4 of 12: After the houdini is shattered, watch out for a thuggish splicer attacking you from the area to the left. Just zap him and shoot him in the head with a pistol bullet.
5 of 12: Now get Electro Bolt or Winter Blast out and go zap and hack that RPG turret around the corner.
6 of 12: A bit north and east of the RPG turret is a security camera on the wall. Run up to it and hack it before it can sound an alarm.
7 of 12: Then go do the zap-hack routine on the turret that's in the NW corner of the area.
8 of 12: From that turret, go through the door to the east, and then the door to the north.
9 of 12: You'll probably witness a houdini splicer attacking a big daddy just ahead. Stand well out of the way until the battle is over.
10 of 12: The final security device in the area is a camera that's in the back corner of the market counter to the NE. Hack it to make the place secure.
11 of 12: Once the security devices are all on your side, you can lead the splicers that are in the big area to the east back to them. (Or you can follow the big daddy and little sister as they go into that area, then use Enrage on the splicers to get them to fight each other and the big daddy.)
12 of 12: As for the big daddy, the best way to finish it off is to wait until it's walking around near the RPG turret (but not too close to it), then freeze it good with the chemical thrower and toss frag grenades at it. The RPG turret will be helping, and the big daddy should shatter before it unfreezes.
