Finnegan Combat Tips
1 of 5: Get out Incinerate and melt the large mound of ice that's about halfway along the north wall to find a health station, a crossbow, a first aid kit, and an automatic hack tool.
2 of 5: Finnegan is the left frozen statue of the two you can see down near the west end of the room.
3 of 5: He'll "defrost" when you approach him or attack him, and his attacks are extremely powerful.
4 of 5: What you should do is get out the crossbow, go into zoom mode, and then deliver a head shot to the Finnegan statue from a safe distance. That should be an instant kill on any difficulty level.
5 of 5: TIP: The other new ice "statues" will all shatter uselessly when Finnegan dies, so use Incinerate on them to unfreeze them before killing Finnegan if you want to get some items from them. (But don't Incinerate the one that's next to Finnegan until right after you head-shot him, or your shot will be ruined.)
