Splicer and Turret Tips
1 of 6: Stop just inside the room's doorway and watch over to the right.
2 of 6: The splicer will walk down the stairs and toward some explosive barrels, whether he sees you or not.
3 of 6: When he's close enough, shoot the barrels (or hit them with Incinerate) to make them explode and kill the splicer.
4 of 6: Then turn left and go up the stairs with Electro Bolt or Winter Blast in hand.
5 of 6: Turn right past the stairs and zap the turret so you can hack it.
6 of 6: Then stay behind it as a splicer comes in through the nearby door and attacks.
