Summon a Little Sister.
1 of 5: Now that you're a big daddy, you'll summon little sisters the same way all big daddies do.
2 of 5: Find the nearest wall hole (Tenenbaum calls it a vent) and bang on it.
3 of 5: Get out your wrench and bang it anywhere on the fancy carving that the wall hole is in.
4 of 5: You just need to hit it once to get a little sister (and her health line) to appear.
