Bioshock Hints
Bring the rose specimen to Langford.
1 of 4: Some splicers will appear at the top of the stairs when you take a rose, so hide somewhere and let your hacked security system deal with them.
2 of 4: Go back up the stairs and out to the main Arcadia Glens walkway, then head back north to the Rolling Hills area.
3 of 4: Watch out for several new splicers to appear in the Lower Rolling Hills section. Your hacked RPG turret can take care of them if you lead them back to it.
