Mercury Lobby Combat Tips
1 of 5: On the ground floor, a splicer or two should be fighting a big daddy. If they're not, get them to by using Enrage.
2 of 5: Find the security camera in the center of the area and hack it, then use the "Power to the People" weapon upgrade machine that's near it.
3 of 5: The other camera is up on the third floor. Before you can get to it, you'll probably have to deal with a splicer or two on the ramps that lead up to the other floors.
4 of 5: Make sure the camera doesn't see you long enough to sound an alarm as you go up the ramps.
5 of 5: If you want to approach it and hack it, you'll have to hit it with Electro Bolt or Winter Blast first. Otherwise, you can shoot it with the pistol from on a ramp.
