1 of 5: As you enter, look under the bench for a briefcase.
2 of 5: Search the desk in the next room, then get the audio diary that's on it.
3 of 5: Look on the floor under the desk for buck and anti-personnel rounds, then check the right side of the desk for whiskey and an ashtray.
4 of 5: Check the two filing cabinets near the desk, then get the Shorten Alarms tonic that's on top of one of them. (If you don't have any empty tonic slots, just stick this one in the gene bank.)
5 of 5: In the bathroom, check the sink for an EVE hypo.
