Sisters Tips

  • 1 of 10: Return to the Fontaine Clinics building in the downtown area.
  • 2 of 10: In the upstairs room with the hacked camera, go through the wall hole that's to the right of the camera.
  • 3 of 10: Move through the upper areas until you reach the splicer worship site.
  • 4 of 10: The ADAM corpse is near the security camera just west of the worship area.
  • 5 of 10: Use your Hypnotize plasmid and anti-personnel rounds liberally on the splicers that attack during the extraction process, then pick your little sister up again.
  • 6 of 10: Now things get a little tricky. A big sister will show up and attack soon after you use a wall vent to rescue or harvest the little sister.
  • 7 of 10: What you'll want to do is stockpile explosives near a wall vent, then use it to rescue/harvest the little sister. Stay near it and use Telekinesis to hurl explosives at the big sister when she shows up. (Right after using the research camera on her. Don't forget!)
  • 8 of 10: One good vent to do this at is the one in the worship area near the second corpse. There are several explosives near the corpse if you haven't already used them.
  • 9 of 10: Another good vent to use is the one in the Skid Row market area near the hacked security camera. After using your stockpiled explosives on the big sister there, lead her to your hacked rocket turret.
  • 10 of 10: Use Incinerate! and heavy rivets (or armor-piercing rounds) to finish the big sister off. Don't forget to loot her corpse for more ADAM!
