1 of 5: There's an ashtray in the NW corner of the garden machine's room that you can search.
2 of 5: In the room to the north, look to the left of the doorway for cigarettes. (Note that they reduce health and restore EVE.)
3 of 5: You can also search the smoking corpse that's lying on the room's couch.
4 of 5: In the room south of the garden machine room, look to the left of the doorway for a money clip on a chair.
5 of 5: There's more cigarettes on the side of the planter in the back of the room.
