Ride the Train out of Pauper's Drop.
1 of 3: Before you move on to the next game region, you might want to go all through this region's areas and search for leftover supplies and random splicers to kill and loot. (Especially if you've still got those two elite bots -- you can't take them with you on the train.)
2 of 3: Also, use the spare big daddies who are wandering around the diner and market areas to get some more research done.
