  • 1 of 5: Go through the entry door, then stop. The three splicers seated at the big table ahead are only playing dead. Hit them with Incinerate! or Electro Bolt from the doorway to get them going, then duck out of sight while your bots shoot them.
  • 2 of 5: After they're all dead, look around their area for supplies.
  • 3 of 5: Go through the north door to find a flooded room in which the water is electrified.
  • 4 of 5: Go around the right side of the wall with the hole in it to find a security camera that you can easily shoot out or hack. (Note that if you hack it, several splicers will run in and attack you.)
  • 5 of 5: Next to the camera is the final signal relay. Look around the room for supplies, then destroy the relay (or vice versa).
