What's the best thing to do?
1 of 4: You should pick her up, even if you don't want to do any more extractions.
2 of 4: Remember that the maximum number of extractions per little sister is two, and you get ADAM for each one, so it's always best (though usually not necessary) to do both.
3 of 4: In any case, you should take a little sister to a wall vent whenever you're ready to get rid of her. (Note that you can do this right after first picking her up if you want to skip both ADAM extractions.)
4 of 4: The wall vent will allow you to choose whether to rescue or harvest her. Also, you can choose which wall vent to deliver her to in order to have some control over where the big sister attacks (mentioned in the hints below) will happen.
