Bioshock 2 Hints
Find and Activate the Circuit Breakers.
1 of 3: Turn right from the console and go over to the vending machine, then turn left.
2 of 3: Go down some stairs and move forward until you find the first circuit breaker on your left.
3 of 3: Make your way north to the wall vent you can see marked on the area map, then look just SE of it for the second circuit breaker.
