Use the Security Release Lever.
1 of 4: Move along until you come to some large bookcases, then look among the lower books for a money clip.
2 of 4: Not far past that is Lamb seated at her desk. Check to the right of her for two more money clips.
3 of 4: Look on the wall to the right of the desk to find the cell block door controls.
4 of 4: Use them to get the goals of finding big sister suit parts.
